Just made a suuper yummy smoothie:
2 bananas
cup of frozen berries
cup of water/crushed ice
splash of fruit juice
half teaspoon of bee pollen
=YUM.
On a different note, I've got way too much pride for mpls than I can explain.
Saw Atmosphere at the Taste of Minnesota Friday. And he is a genius man. (A man that is a genius). For a rapper to give me the chills from inspiration, that is something right there. He's great.
Also the 4th last evening was wondrous--tons of people gathered in father hennepin park and stone arch bridge to watch the fire works and celebrate. We watched from the crowded bridge lookin at the skyline :) Then Soap Factory had their 10-second film fest afterwards, which was silly and fun.
